- Conduct a Ministry Fair after Masses or incorporate it into an existing parish event
- Serve snacks and beverages
- Provide ample space for representatives from ALL parish ministries to be available to talk with people
- Set up tables outside (under tent cover) or in popular gathering areas with high foot traffic
- Ensure that the pastor and other parish leaders are present.
- Make the fair fun!
- Invite other organizations such as the Knights of Columbus to have a representative present
