This also does not include information for all methods, but only includes those dates that were reported. Natural family planning instruction is available throughout all areas of the Diocese. Learn SymptoPro™ Fertility Education This Winter
Interested in learning a natural, science-backed way to understand your fertility? Join Emma, a Certified NFP Instructor, for a course this winter covering SymptoPro, a sympto-thermal natural family planning method recognized by the Catholic Church that can be used to avoid or achieve pregnancy.
Winter Cohort: November 6, November 20 & December 11 at 7:00 PM ET (online), plus a private 1:1 follow-up session scheduled during the last two weeks of December.
Couples are welcome and encouraged to attend together. The course includes a reference book, basal body thermometer, paper charting materials, a 3-month app subscription, and lifetime messaging support after the course ends.
