1. Deacons, Consecrated Men and Women and Lay Spiritual Director Covenants:  Return the ENTIRE document signed and dated by you and your pastor or administrator.
2. Diocese’s Policy Concerning the Protection of Minors and Vulnerable Adults from Sexual Abuse by Church Personnel and Related Code of Conduct: Read the Policy and return ONLY the signed and dated Appendix II.
3. Social Media Policy: Return the ENTIRE signed and dated document.
4. Virtus Training Certificates for both Protecting God’s Children and Vulnerable Adults: Visit https://www.virtusonline.org/virtus/. Please contact your Safety Coordinator at your parish to assist you in accessing the Virtus online training if you have difficulty. Your Safety Coordinator must have the Background Check performed. (Clergy have already been cleared separately.)
5. Spiritual Director Certificate: Submit a copy of your spiritual director certificate or transcript indicating your completion of training from a training program approved by the Diocese of Charleston.
