Each year, in partnership with the Charleston Port and Seafarers’ Society, we provide Christmas gifts to the crews of the vessels that call in Charleston. These boxes contain simple things like toiletries and other practical items. Although filled with everyday items, these boxes are so much more; they are a beautiful expression that someone cares for the seafarers and their needs. What better way to show Our Lord’s love than to offer these small gifts as we celebrate the Nativity?
