FertilityCare Practitioner Education Program

This is a 13-month course to prepare those who wish to provide Creighton Model FertilityCare System with the training necessary to deliver the highest quality of services as a FertilityCare Practititioner. It will incorporate two classroom instruction phases and supervised teaching experience. Program accreditation comes from the American Academy of FertilityCare Professionals and adheres to the Academy’s Code of Ethics.
