The demographic makeup of the Church has changed dramatically in the last 25 years, and it will continue to change. Our challenge is to become more welcoming to all people, regardless of ethnicity. The activities and training resources that are shared here are to help increase awareness, understanding and appreciation of our diversity.
Mission Statement
The Office of Intercultural Ministries is committed to organizing ways for the church as a whole to celebrate its ethnic diversity and recognize that diversity as a strength of the church. We are focused on bridging the gap between those in mainstream culture and those who feel marginalized from the church because of ethnic or cultural division.
