Rock Hill Oratory 11th Annual Women’s Retreat

Everywhere we turn in our world today, we see violence — violence in how we treat one another, and violence in how we care for nature and our environment. As women and as disciples, what can we learn from the prophets and practitioners of nonviolence? Join us for a day of reflection, conversation, prayer, and fellowship as we explore the witness of Jesus, Mahatma Gandhi, Dorothy Day, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and others. Their lives invite us to imagine new ways of practicing peace, justice, compassion, and courage in our daily lives and in our world.
