The St. Rita Relief Fund was created in response to the S.C. Supreme Court’s recent ruling on the Education Scholarship Trust Fund (ESTF).

St. Rita is the patron of impossible causes. While many families have been left with the uncertainty of their children’s education, we are reminded that the Church has historically defied the odds at what is deemed “impossible.” Throughout St. Rita’s life, she faced myriad obstacles to her vocation. With prayer, good works and an abandonment to God’s will in her life, she received an abundance of mercy and blessings from the Lord.

We dedicate this fund to restoring hope and breaking the cyclical bonds of low literacy rates and poverty in our state.

On average, it will cost $5,000 per student to cover tuition for the remainder of the academic year, and we have 195 ESTF beneficiaries enrolled in our Catholic schools. Can you help keep our children and families in Catholic school to receive a quality education?
