Teaching Assistant

St Mary’s Catholic School in Greenville, SC, is accepting applications for teaching assistants in multiple elementary grade levels for the 2024-2025 school year.

St Mary’s Catholic School is a two-time National Blue Ribbon School with a 124-year history of academic excellence and currently serves 318 students in grades K3 through 8. St Mary’s is served by both the Dominican Sisters of St Cecilia as well as a team of experienced, dedicated lay teachers, and offers a wonderful work environment and a welcoming, familial atmosphere.

The ideal candidate would be a practicing Catholic with prior experience working with children. Candidates must be able to work well with children, accept supervision and guidance from the lead teacher, and possess the enthusiasm and energy necessary to help young students thrive. This position is paid hourly and no teaching license or certification is necessary.
