Our Lady of the Hills Catholic Church is looking for a FULL-TIME PARISH COORDINATOR to work 40 hours a week.

  • Answer phone calls 
  • Assist walk-in persons
  • Sort daily mail
  • Schedule Mass Intentions & annotating given stipends and recipients
  • Register families & assign/update giving envelopes
  • Prepare families and appropriate staff for funerals
  • Mail out Memorials to donors and the families of the deceased
  • Collect forms and necessary paperwork for all sacraments as well as prepare certificates
  • Update church registers with sacramental information
  • Answer webform general questions
  • Draft letters, schedule appointments and handle other administrative duties
  • Assist the pastor and other staff members in administrative duties


  • Must communicate effectively (written and verbal) in both English and Spanish 
  • Must be very familiar with MS Word and Excel or similar programs (preferably OneDrive) and have the ability to learn other programs as needed. 
  • Candidate should possess strong organizational and time management skills, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively and with empathy, and execute a high level of confidentiality
  • Knowledge of the Catholic faith is preferred, but not required
