Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Math
Teacher. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mathematics education and a commitment to
inspiring students to reach their full potential in this critical subject area.

Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement engaging and rigorous lesson plans that align with the school’s
curriculum and educational standards.
● Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment where all students feel valued and
encouraged to participate actively in their learning.
● Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, providing additional support or
enrichment as necessary.
● Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technologies to enhance student
understanding and engagement in mathematics.
● Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing
timely and constructive feedback to support growth.
● Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum goals, share best practices, and promote
interdisciplinary connections.
● Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress, academic
goals, and support strategies.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
● Previous experience teaching mathematics at the elementary or secondary level is a plus.
● Strong knowledge of mathematics content and pedagogy, with the ability to make abstract
concepts accessible and relevant to students.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with students and
fostering their mathematical growth.
● Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive and professional
school culture.
● Valid teaching certification or willingness to obtain certification as required by state regulations.
