OLM Community Outreach opens new public playground

| FreeOur Lady of Mercy Community Outreach invites the public to attend the grand opening ribbon cutting celebration for their new public playground Sept. 30 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at their Johns Island location,1684 Brownswood Road.
The celebration event is free and will showcase activities for the whole family. Attendees can enjoy the new playground, a jump castle, face painting, balloon animals, kids crafts, music, food, Kona Ice, and beer from local brewery Low Tide Brewing.
Community resources will be on campus to provide information on assistance programs in the area.
