DESCRIPTION:In July\, Over 40 Black Catholics from the Charleston diocese along with Bishop Jacques Fabre-Jeune traveled to Washington\, DC to represent as delegates in the 2023 National Black Catholic Congress’ Congress XIII. The theme for this year’s gathering was “Write the Vision\, A PROPHETIC CALL TO THRIVE.” This gathering was a part of the development of the 2023-2028 National Black Catholics Evangelization Pastoral Plan. Several delegates will join us and share their unique experience and new resources they discovered at the national gathering.
