St. Andrew Catholic School is seeking a part-time music teacher for the rest of the 2023 academic year. This person must ideally hold a degree in music, music education, or elementary education, with current SC certification. Catholic Identity is strong at St. Andrew and our mission is nurture the Catholic faith in our students. This mission is paramount in our music program. Our music teacher should be a faithful Catholic who understands Mass parts and how to teach students to appropriately sing these parts. Students also need to participate in a joyful music program during the school day, understanding musical theory, different instruments, and musical components. Technology skills, organization, and reliability, are necessities.
