Every employee in a Catholic School is a religion teacher and expected, in word and behavior, to witness to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  The main responsibilities of our Cafeteria Manager require ordering food, materials, and supplies, to prepare food for our students and staff that is healthy and appetizing, to maintain records to include daily lunch menus and to supervise and assist with the operations of the kitchen.  Our cafeteria manager must ensure that our kitchen and staff meet all standards of local, State, and federal health and SSLP regulations and the standards set forth in the Diocesan and school policy and procedures.  Regular attendance and reliability are a must.  Experience in the operation of commercial food equipment is required and previous experience in food service is recommended.
