A Charleston area Catholic Church is looking for a FULL-TIME SECRETARY/RECEPTIONIST to work 40 hours a week. Duties include general receptionist tasks such as answering telephone calls and assisting walk-in persons, coordinate baptisms, prepare families and appropriate staff for funerals, update church registers with sacramental information, draft letters, and assist the pastor and other staff members in administrative duties. Must be very familiar with MSWord and Excel and have the ability to learn other programs as needed. Candidate should possess strong organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of the Catholic faith and confidentiality are essential. Benefits are provided.
