This retreat will not only be a lot of fun activities like games and crafts\, but will also have sessions about the beauty and wonder that is you\, the changes that the body goes through during puberty\, what a woman’s cycle is\, how a young girl can develop a prayer life\, how to keep communication open between mom and daughter when some conversations may seem awkward\, and finally\, how to give a good manicure! All of this will be done with a lighthearted\, but serious approach\, with skits\, activities\, discussions\, and active participation. \nThe program and talks are developed by a Catholic author\, Billings Ovulation Instructor\, mom\, and high school teacher\, all inline with the Catechism of the Catholic Church\, Sacred Scripture\, and Theology of the Body.
