We are now offering RESET retreats as we hope to give everyone a chance to get back on the path that God has set for them. This RESET retreat this fall will just be for women.\n​\nAre you worried\, anxious\, tired\, overwhelmed? Is your prayer life stale or even non-existant? Do you want better daily habits? Is there a particular service or career that God might be calling you to? Are there aspects of your life that are unhealthy or even toxic\, and you want to get them straightened out or re-directed? \nGod has a plan for you! \nSometimes we just need to stop\, take a step back\, and see where we’ve been\, where we are going\, and where God wants us to be now. \nThis will be a retreat to help you look at the areas of your life that need to be “RESET.”\nWorkshops will be given on prayer\, discernment\, life choices\, and healthy living. There will be time for silent reflection\, journalling\, prayer\, and some discussion. Mass and Adoration\, as well as the perfect reset–Confession.\n​​\nIt begins Friday with check in from 4:00-6:30\, first event at 7:00. It ends on Sunday afternoon at 3:00.

SUMMARY:40 Days for Life Closing Celebration
DESCRIPTION:Greenville’s closing celebration for the fall 40 Days for Life campaign will be held Nov. 3 from 7:00-8:15 pm in the parking lot of Piedmont Women’s Center\, 1143 Grove Road. Parking is a short distance down the road at Grove Road Baptist Church. \nOur speaker will be Matt Britton\, Matt holds a Masters Degree in Forensic Science from George Washington University and a law degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Matt has had an expansive legal career\, including four terms as an elected prosecutor; a county attorney; counsel to many non-profits and U.S. companies at home and abroad; as a major law firm litigator\, and as general counsel. Matt has written and spoken many times on a wide range of legal and pro-life issues in locations on four continents. He will address specifically the issues we are facing in Greenville. Come with questions! Most importantly\, Matt is married to Libby Britton\, and they have eight beautiful children and six grandchildren. \nPlease join us for our celebration of life! We will have door prizes\, refreshments\, music and fellowship. All are welcome.

The rally begins at 10:30 a.m. at 2719 Middleburg Drive in Columbia. We will also hear from other local prolife leaders! Read more below: \n \nMatt Britton is a board member and general counsel of the peaceful\, prayerful\, effective 40 Days for Life project. \n“People in Columbia have made extraordinary sacrifices to expose the abortion industry and to protect pre-born children and their mothers from abortion\,” Britton said. “I’m honored to be able to join these folks in prayer. Their efforts illustrate why we’re seeing historic changes — more mothers choosing life\, more abortion workers experiencing conversions and leaving the abortion industry\, and more abortion centers closing their doors for good.” \nMaureen Weigold\, spokesperson for the Columbia campaign\, said\, “We are tremendously pleased that Matt will be here to support our 40 Days for Life effort. He’s an energetic\, enthusiastic speaker and we know he will be an inspiration.” \nColumbia is one of hundreds of communities around the world conducting simultaneous 40 Days for Life campaigns from Sept. 27 to Nov. 5 this year. \n40 Days for Life is an intensive campaign that focuses on 40 days of prayer and fasting for an end to abortion\, peaceful vigil at abortion facilities and grassroots educational outreach.
