DESCRIPTION:The Life-Giving Wounds online healing retreat is a unique opportunity for adult children of divorce or separation (ACODs) to reflect intentionally on the wounds caused by their family’s breakdown\, together with others who know this pain. Together\, modeled on the suffering and resurrection of Christ\, we’ll follow a “Paschal journey” through first the pain (“death”) of our parents’ broken relationship\, uncovering the various layers of the wound; then the deep joy (“rising”) of accepting anew our deepest identity as God’s beloved children and growing in relationship with others and God; and finally a way forward in the suffering (“going forth”) renewed in hope and joy. DESCRIPTION:As a response to Our Lady of Fatima’s call to conversion\, the faithful of the Diocese of Charleston have met together to continually pray the Rosary in adoration before the Blessed Sacrament for six days and nights in designated parishes beginning on October 7. Join us on the seventh day as we celebrate the bilingual Closing Mass of the Eucharistic Rosary Congress celebrated by Bishop Jacques Fabre-Jeune\, CS. There will be an outdoor bilingual rosary before mass (weather permitting). All are welcome!
